Can I take this opportunity to say thank you to all the staff at Laybrook for their outstanding Customer Service, from the moment we ordered the bed to it being installed we have been impressed with the effort and time taken by staff to ensure all our requirements were met. I would like to particularly thank:

Debbie in sales for guiding us through the order process with such ease it makes it so easy when people explain things to you correctly.

Aimee in distribution for her assistance in ensuring the bed was delivered on a particular day and at an agreed time.

Sean the driver and installer for his brilliant works and the fact that he travelled through the night to be here at 8am to install the bed, allowing me and my family time to travel to a very important family meeting.

Finally yourself for putting the plan together to ensure it all worked.

Hi my name is Julia Dent, I am emailing to thank Sarah and Debbie and your delivery driver Tony for all the help through the whole process of my order from start to finish everyone was very kind and helpful.  I cannot thank Tony enough for risking his own well being travelling on Friday in such severe weather conditions to make sure that I would get my delivery. He was kind and helpful and brave to drive here let alone home again in snow blizzards and ice “ hats off to him” I do so hope LAYBROOK acknowledge him as a great member to the finishing touches of such a good firm.

Just a quick note to say that I lurve my new bed.   The soft mattress was certainly the right choice and far more comfortable than I expected.  It also looks fab. I’ve put a pelmet (or whatever those frilly things are called) around the base.  

I’m still going through the playful phase, spending quite a bit of time each  night adjusting the bed.
