Delivery is generally between 10 and 14 days from ordering (we can do a super-fast delivery normally within 48hrs but guaranteed by 72hrs (working hrs) after ordering, this costs an extra £95 - if your bed is a special size it can take a little longer (14-21 days and is free). Your bed is set up for you by our trained engineers and you are given a full explanation / demonstration on how the product works. We do not leave it flat packed for you to set up like most of our competitors and with unrealistic money back guarantees where you have to keep the packaging for up to 60 days.

Contact/Ordering

Ordering a bed is simple.

1. Find the bed that suits you then either:-

1. Use the Laybrook e-commerice website to enter your details and purchase the product(s).
Tick the product(s) you wish to purchase and add it to your basket. The total cost is shown in your basket, then enter the delivery details etc and we will email you a confirmation of your order.

2. PAY BY PHONE
Call free and pay by credit card. Make a note of the details of the bed you require and have a Delta, Visa, Mastercard or Switch cards to hand.

You can pay with these cards** over the phone, which also means you are protected by the consumer credit act.

3. PAY BY POST
Print off our order form (click button below to download order form in PDF format), and send it to us with a cheque for 20% of the value of the bed.

Saving the VAT: If you have a qualifying medical ailment, you do not have to pay the VAT.

VAT information

If you have one of a certain number of ailments, your bed could be zero rated for VAT, this saves you paying an extra 20% on your chosen bed. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
You will not need to do anything if you order over the telephone, Internet and have our delivery service with our drivers, as when we deliver we will have the forms filled out for you and you will just need to sign a declaration. If you are having the product delivered by a courier you will have to print out the VAT form, fill it in and return it to us signed.

Conditions must be of a chronic nature (i.e. ongoing) if you are unsure whether you qualify you must contact your local VAT office. You can phone our friendly staff free for your local VAT office number and or more information .

Disposal of old beds cost £25 for singles and £49 for doubles
