Delivery is generally between 10 and 14 days from ordering (we can do a super-fast delivery normally within 48hrs but guaranteed by 72hrs after ordering, this costs an extra £100 - as this is a special order it is excluded from the 7 day trial) if your bed is a special size it can take a little longer. Your bed is set up for you and you are given a full explanation on how the product works. We do not leave it flat packed for you to set up like most competitors and with unrealistic money back guarantees where you have to keep the packaging for up to 60 days.

THERE IS NO LONGER A CHARGE TO PICK UP THE BED IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED.
