Delivery is generally between 10 and 14 days from ordering (we can do a super-fast delivery normally within 48hrs but guaranteed by 72hrs (working hrs) after ordering, this costs an extra £95 - if your bed is a special size it can take a little longer (14-21 days and is free). Your bed is set up for you by our trained engineers and you are given a full explanation / demonstration on how the product works. We do not leave it flat packed for you to set up like most of our competitors and with unrealistic money back guarantees where you have to keep the packaging for up to 60 days.

NOTE: Your statutory rights are not affected in any way *Laybrooks 7 day money back guarantee is that you can use the bed for seven days without worrying about packaging or sending the bed back yourselves. If in the unlikely event you do need to send the bed back we will collect it from you free of charge and a full refund given excluding card charges (normally 2%). You can exchange your mattress free of charge for a firmer or softer feel within the 7 day period or you can upgrade your mattress at the standard charge for upgrades. All refunds will be processed within 21 days after receipt of goods to our delivery warehouse. The money-back guarantee applies to all our standard adjustable bed range*. You must let us know within the 7 day period in writing / email or post your letter to Laybrook We must receive the cancellation letter within the seven-day period (from date of delivery).
