Delivery

Free delivery and installation^‡ in the UK Mainland is expected within 21 working days^† (excluding Scotland and the Highlands). If your bed is a special size, it can take a few days longer.

We offer a super-fast delivery* service, and your bed is generally installed in 7 to 10 working days after ordering. This costs an extra £245. You will go to the top of the queue.

Your bed is set up for you by our trained engineers and you are given a full explanation and demonstration of how the product works. We do not leave it flat-packed for you to set up, unlike many of our competitors with unrealistic money-back guarantees that require you to keep the packaging for up to 60 days.

There is no charge to pick up the bed if you are dissatisfied.

^† Excludes turning bed. During busy periods, Easter / Christmas, or if timings cannot be met, you will go to the front of the queue and be given priority over standard delivery.
